George Kassos graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Business Management.  He has 20+ years of experience in food manufacturing.  George is experienced in all facets of food manufacturing including sales, processing, and R&D.  Previously as General Manager, George was responsible overseeing day to day activities, including coordinating production schedules to meet sales demand.  As President, George is responsible directing the future growth of the company.  Other responsibilities include project management, as well as overseeing the development and launch of new products and new product categories.  George can be reached at

Vice President

Matthew Kassos has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Akron.  He is devoted to ongoing education having earned many more certifications throughout his 35+ years of experience in food manufacturing.  In a previous role of Operations Manager, he laid the foundation of the company by creating and writing many of the formal government plans including HACCP, SSOP, PQC, Lockout/Tagout and Hazard Communication.  As Vice President of the company, Matt directs all procurement including new equipment, equipment maintenance items, and raw materials.  He remains our HACCP Coordinator and government liaison.  Matthew can be reached at

Emanuel Kohelis

Vice President of sales & Marketing

Emanuel "Manny" Kohelis attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and majored in Hotel Administration and Food and Beverage.  He has worked in the frozen food industry for 38 years.  As Director of Sales and Marketing, Manny has been a key manager in development of new products.  He is also responsible for implementing new items for national distribution.  His past experience includes national sales and key accounts.  He strives to continue our growth on a national level.  Manny can be reached at
